Responsibilities

• Create site maps, user flows, wireframes and visual designs for websites and digital campaigns.
• Build and maintain WordPress sites, including ongoing updates.
• Collaborate with brand designers, programmers and PMs to deliver on time.
• Coordinate workflow with programming partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance, automate and streamline creative workflows.
• Deliver large-scale projects within tight timelines.

Web Designer

Are you an ambitious Web Designer / UI-UX Designer looking to make a serious contribution to our dynamic, professional, and fast-paced international agency?

We are looking for a mix of the following skill sets:

• Site mapping, user flows, wireframes, and visual design for websites and digital marketing campaigns.
• Vast, hands-on experience building and designing websites using WordPress, including ongoing support and updates to existing client sites via the WordPress CMS.
• Work side-by-side with our team of brand designers, programmers and project managers, and a diverse range of clients — from high-tech, food-tech, and green-tech innovators to defense giants and agile start-ups.
• Coordinate and manage the workflow our programming partners to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance, automate, and streamline the creative workflow.
• Strong teamwork skills and a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects under tight timelines.
• Clearly articulate design choices to project stakeholders and build consensus around designs.
• Fluent English is a must (spoken and written).
• Full-time position, hybrid, in the Sharon region.
