Job summary

Even One Ventures is seeking a design-minded generalist to own visual identity and digital presence across new company launches. You will translate early-stage concepts into logos, websites, and brand names that stick.

You will design logos, deploy websites, and collaborate with founders to name brands, secure domains, and perform light trademark checks. A repeatable template system will scale as the portfolio grows, while each company retains its own identity.

• Basic web deployment and DNS management skills (Netlify/GoDaddy).
• Strong visual design skills: logos, brand identity, web design.
• Comfort with AI design tools to speed up iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design logos for new companies from concept through final assets, iterating with founders.
• Design and deploy websites for each launch, building toward a reusable template.
• Partner with founders to brainstorm and validate company names.
• Research and secure domain names for new entities.
• Run basic trademark checks to flag naming conflicts early.
• Maintain a consistent visual system across the portfolio while allowing each company its own identity.

Responsibilities

• Design logos for new companies, from concept through final assets, iterating with founders and using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini) to accelerate the process
• Design and deploy websites for each launch, building toward a reusable template to speed up future builds
• Partner with founders to brainstorm and validate company names
• Research and secure domain names for new entities
• Run basic trademark checks to flag naming conflicts early
• Maintain a consistent visual system across the portfolio as it scales, while allowing each company its own identity where needed

What We're Looking For

• Basic web deployment and DNS management skills (e.g., Netlify, GoDaddy, or similar)
• Strong visual design skills (logo, brand identity, web design)
• Comfort with AI design tools and willingness to use them to speed up iteration
• Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
• Interest in naming, branding, and the early-stage process of building a company identity from scratch
• Bonus: familiarity with trademark search basics (not legal expertise required)

What Success Looks Like

• A repeatable template for logo and website production that reduces turnaround time as volume increases
• A pipeline of vetted names, domains, and trademark checks ready for future companies
• Founders feel unblocked on brand and digital launch needs
