Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP is seeking a Website Coordinator to build and maintain website content in Optimizely DXP and HubSpot CMS. You will assist with leads, manage local listings, and support search performance while collaborating with the Web and Marketing teams and external vendors.

You will ensure content stays current and aligned with brand standards, contributing to high-quality results and a strong online presence for multiple firm locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or related field preferred.
Three or more years of experience in web operations, digital marketing, or related field.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
General understanding of SEO and emerging AI search practices (AEO/GEO).
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Build, design, publish, and format pages and content for EisnerAmper-branded websites using Optimizely DXP and HubSpot CMS.
Update pages including copy, images, links, forms, and metadata; retire or redirect outdated content.
Coordinate content requests and deadlines with Marketing team, leadership, and external vendors.
