Job summary

KaiHonua, LLC is seeking a skilled web designer/developer to join a collaborative engineering team responsible for building and maintaining web and digital experiences. You will translate concepts into wireframes and templates, implement standards-based HTML/CSS, and work across web, mobile, and email platforms to enhance usability and engagement.

The role requires strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS templates, SharePoint, and modern frontend frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of web design and development and information technology experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain IT I level certification IAW AR 25-2 and an IAT II certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M.
• Microsoft Certified Internet Webmaster Designer certification preferred.
• Experience with Windows environments, SharePoint 2010, and web editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript-based web pages.
• Create and implement templates for CMS and ecommerce systems.
• Ensure accessibility compliance per Section 508.
• Navigate unfamiliar codebases and troubleshoot complex websites.
• Produce multimedia content to support digital marketing initiatives.
