Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Web Applications Developer to work onsite in Suitland, MD, supporting ONI with a production and dissemination system. You will design and customize front-end web interfaces, align branding, and collaborate with senior government stakeholders to implement enterprise-wide tools.

The role involves migration of backend systems to a modern environment, data analytics support, and documentation for multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years or Master’s degree with 2+ years, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance in DISS and required program access.
• DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Hands-on experience in front-end web design, UI modules, and web framework architectures.
• Proficiency in scripting and development with JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, Python, and/or Perl.
• Solid working knowledge of JSON and RESTful web services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on software development and web design framework.
• Provide support for advanced workflow troubleshooting and support the organization’s new workflows to support dissemination of future products in the new production tool.
• Provide front-end site page customization support for a new production tool, conforming to customer branding.
• Provide data analytic support as applicable.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, stakeholders, and customers regarding connectivity, application, or system issues.
