ITC Federal, LLC is seeking a Web Application Administrator to support a Top Secret program for the DOJ NSD. The role requires onsite work at DC or Bluemont, VA and an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include sustaining web apps, configuring mid-tier tools, and enabling development environments. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in web administration or development, experience with Tomcat, JBOSS, Oracle, and on-prem SharePoint, plus a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Web Administration and/or Development experience.
• Proficiency in installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and hardening of mid tier tools including Apache TomCat and Oracle (ORDS, Oracle APEX).
• Administration of on premise SharePoint Server, strongly preferred.
• JBOSS experience, strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Active Top Secret, required.

• Provide sustainment support at the web application tier.
• Configure, patch, upgrade, and harden mid-tier tools such as Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, and Oracle; administer on-premise SharePoint Server.
• Support development teams to configure development environments and optimize web application stacks.
• Develop, maintain, and automate processes for operations and deployments.

JOB TITLE: Web Application Administrator – Top Secret Required

GOVERNMENT AGENCY: DOJ NSD – National Security Division

POSITION INFORMATION: Full-Time Position; Government contractor supporting DOJ NSD

LOCATION:Employee must work onsite at one of the following two approved DOJ work locations - Washington, DC OR Bluemont, VA (Mount Weather)

POSITION TIMING: Position requires candidate to obtain SCI prior to starting; can take 2-4+ weeks to process

The mission of the National Security Division (NSD) is to carry out the Department's highest priority: to combat terrorism and other threats to national security. The Infrastructure Support and Software Development Services division provides all IT services necessary to support the NSD's Infrastructure & Operations as well as Software Development, Engineering, and Service Desk.

• Proficiency in installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and hardening of mid tier tools such as Apache TomCat, JBOSS, Oracle and administration of on premise Sharepoint Server.
• Supports development teams to configure development environments and tune web application stacks.
• Develops, maintains, improves, and automates processes for operations and deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Web Adminitration and/or Development experience
• Proficiency in installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and hardening of mid tier tools including Apache TomCat and Oracle (I would add the following: Proficiency in Oracle Rest Data Services (ORDS), Oracle APEX access, REST APIs for databases,Oracle Database 19c)
• Administration of on premise Sharepoint Server, strongly preferred
• JBOSS experience, strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree, preferred
• Active Top Secret, required.
