Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm is looking for a Web Administrator with expertise in server management and networking. The successful candidate will install and configure web servers, perform systems monitoring, and automate tasks using W shell scripts. Requirements include solid skills in IIS, J2EE, .Net, and a strong understanding of networking principles. Job Description

Job Title: Web Administrator

Work Location: Stamford, CT

Experience Required

Experience with installing, configuring, and providing ongoing support for IIS/Web Sphere/Tomcat
Strong understanding and working knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancing, J2EE, .Net
Experience developing and executing W shell scripts to automate common tasks including domain configuration and application deployments
Experience performing systems monitoring using tools
An understanding of DNS and a working knowledge of networking to include domain hosting and firewall rule syntax.
Ability to create technical documentation and present documentation for review
Must have knowledge and experience on F5 load balancing
