Job summary

Lakeland Care, Inc. is seeking an IT Web Admin Intern to support LC Plus Technology by assisting with website administration, provider website compliance initiatives, and ongoing web-based support activities.

Under the direction of the IT Web Administrator, you will gain hands-on experience in website management, accessibility, and security best practices. You will help maintain internal and external web platforms, review content for accuracy, and assist with audits, testing, and documentation

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of website management, hosting, or CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day updates and maintenance for websites and intranet platforms.
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement fixes in a timely manner.
• Maintain hosting environments, domain configurations, and SSL certificates.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and basic analytics.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to support integrations and issue resolution.
• Assist in gathering documentation, metrics, and provider feedback to inform program success.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Document before-and-after changes and maintain accurate tracking of updates.
