Job summary

AstenJohnson in Wisconsin is seeking a Weaver to operate weaving equipment on an 8-hour shift in our Wisconsin facility. You will follow SOPs and production tickets, monitor quality, troubleshoot routine issues, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, orderly work area.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, experience with Jaeger looms or similar weaving equipment, mechanical aptitude, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating textile equipment including Jaeger looms or similar weaving loom equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process products using weaving equipment per SOP and production tickets.
• Troubleshoot routine problems with materials and equipment.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Work toward continuous improvement.
