Job summary

Custom Weatherization, LLC is seeking an experienced Weatherization Crew Chief for a hands-on leadership role in Allentown, PA. You will lead a residential weatherization installation crew, plan materials, and ensure safety and quality standards on each job.

You'll mentor installers, coordinate with the Field Manager to meet production targets, and drive continuous improvement while upholding customer satisfaction and strong workmanship.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on weatherization or closely related installation experience.
• Experience leading crews or supervising field employees.
• Strong knowledge of insulation, air sealing, building science and residential construction.
• Familiarity with Utility or WAP programs is highly desirable.
• Ability to read work scopes, solve field problems and manage jobs independently.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, professionalism and employee development.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable company driving requirements.

Custom Weatherization is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Weatherization Crew Chief who knows the industry, takes pride in quality workmanship and knows how to lead people.
