Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in systems engineering, mission/weapon integration, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with launch vehicles and weapons systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Castelion and government customers.
• Develop, maintain, and execute integration plans and schedules.
• Collaborate across internal engineering teams to optimize system performance.
