Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a Senior Weapons and Tactics Analyst to support Air Force multi-domain operations with emphasis on Electronic Warfare (EW) integration. This position supports the Air Force weapons effort at Robins AFB, GA.

You will provide senior tactical expertise, contribute to tactics development, train units, and employ Link-16/JTIDS in operational scenarios, while advising leadership on EW-enabled mission success.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's Degree in an applicable discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in tactical data links, mission planning tools, and EW system employment.
• Ability to develop and execute mission plans integrating sensors and weapon systems.
• Strong collaboration with joint and coalition partners.
• Experience in Air Force weapons and tactics roles.
• Participation in multiple joint exercises and at least one operational deployment.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level tactical expertise in EW integration for Air Force missions.
• Support tactics development, mission planning, and threat assessments; advise leadership on EW-enabled employment.
• Apply operational experience and advanced tactical certifications to train, evaluate, and support units in exercises and real-world operations.
• Contribute to development and refinement of TTPs aligned with Air Force doctrine.
• Employ Air Force Tactical Data Links (Link-16, JTIDS) in operational scenarios across multiple mission types.
• Conduct detailed threat assessments and provide recommendations for EW-enabled mission success.
• Participate in Red Flag, Green Flag, and other large-scale training events, integrating EW capabilities into operational plans.
• Mentor and train junior tactics personnel.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with weapons and tactics experience, duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Provides senior-level tactical expertise in support of Air Force missions with emphasis on Electronic Warfare (EW) integration.
• Supports tactics development, mission planning, and threat assessments while advising leadership on the optimal employment of Air Force weapon systems and sensors.
• Possesses extensive operational experience and advanced tactical certifications, applying them to train, evaluate, and support operational units in exercises and real-world operations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of TTPs in alignment with Air Force doctrine.
• Employ Air Force Tactical Data Links (Link-16, JTIDS) in operational scenarios across multiple mission types.
• Conduct detailed threat assessments and provide recommendations for EW-enabled mission success.
• Participate in Red Flag, Green Flag, and other large-scale training events, integrating EW capabilities into operational plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

• 12 years of applicable experience.
