Job summary

Vise is seeking an Engagement Manager in New York City (SoHo) to oversee multiple client relationships, guiding onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption of the Vise platform. You will learn the platform deeply and act as client advocate to ensure needs are met, balancing an entrepreneurial mindset with attention to internal KPIs.

On day one you bring 3–7 years in financial services client relationships, knowledge of the RIA industry, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in account management, client relationships or sales in financial services.
• Experience with the RIA industry framework and wealth management.
• Understanding an advisor's primary business model and needs.
• Knowledge of advisory practices and investment strategies; RIAs aggregators a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
• Independently resourceful and goal-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple client needs and internal projects.
• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record.

Responsibilities

• Manage advisor relationships within currently signed partners.
• Drive additional revenue opportunities within partner advisory firms.
• Address advisory clients' ongoing needs for long-term success with the Vise platform.
• Facilitate active client engagement and identify upsell opportunities.
• Act as an expert between the client and the Vise product, mitigating onboarding blockers.
• Train and deliver best practices and client use cases to drive results.
