You will serve as the primary intake for advisor and client requests, triage tasks, and coordinate with a centralized service team to ensure timely responses and accurate client data. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of banking experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-office client and advisor support to Wealth Advisors.
• Serve as primary intake point for advisor and client requests.
• Triages and delegates requests to centralized service team.
• Schedule appointments and prepare client presentations and materials.
• Maintain client records and monitor transactions for accuracy.
• Escalate at-risk relationships to advisors and leadership.
• Support multiple advisors and client relationships in a fast-paced setting.
