Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Managing Director for Wealth Strategy & Operations to partner with the Chief Wealth Officer. This role leads cross‑functional initiatives, drives business transformation, growth, profitability, and scalable operations within CLA Wealth Advisory.

The successful candidate will develop compelling business cases, guide strategic investments, and shape organizational design to enhance advisor productivity and client outcomes across the firm.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; related fields highly preferred.
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses required (or equivalent); CFP designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Wealth Officer to set strategic priorities and drive initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from assessment through implementation and adoption.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses to inform decisions.
• Drive growth, profitability, and advisor effectiveness across Wealth Advisory
