A leading financial services firm in New York is seeking a Wealth Strategist. This role focuses on financial planning for high-net-worth clients, driving client adoption and support, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, extensive experience in Financial Services, and expertise in planning products. Opportunities for career development and a comprehensive total rewards program are offered, with an expected salary range of $110,000 - $190,000.
As a Wealth Strategist, your role will be focused on integrating and driving the adoption of financial planning as part of the core client experience, as well as wealth transfer and business planning for clients by working with the Financial Advisors (FAs) to leverage their time, talents and resources in gathering and maintaining assets of high-net-worth clients. Additionally, you will work closely with field leadership, service and support areas within Private Client Group (PCG) to ensure a collaborative support effort and exceptional client experience. Serve as a resource for Financial Advisors with issues affecting high net worth clients, such as: complex financial, estate, gift and charitable planning, personal trust planning, business succession planning, multi-generational planning and strategies for dealing with concentrated equity positions and employee stock options.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
