Alera Group, Inc. is hiring an Operations Specialist – Wealth Services in Wayne, PA. This on-site role supports client relationships, financial strategy, and operational excellence through coordination of onboarding, data management, and service delivery.

You will work with advisors and teams to ensure accurate client information, timely meetings, and compliant processes, enabling growth and superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, client service, financial services, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and under direction.
• Comfortable working as a team player and supporting a wide range of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact to service and administer client investment accounts.
• Schedule and confirm client meetings to support a seamless client experience.
• Assist with client meeting preparation, including agendas, reports, note organization, and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients by gathering, organizing, and validating required information.
• Maintain accurate client data within CRM and document management systems.
• Execute workflows to open and maintain accounts, process money movement, and fulfill client service requests.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Support administrative and operational projects such as running reports, maintaining logs, and entering data.
• Support advisors and internal teams by delivering timely, accurate, and responsive client service.
• Contribute to operational efficiency that enables advisors to focus on client relationships and growth initiatives.
• Take ownership of follow‑up items to ensure consistency, accountability, and positive client outcomes.
