Responsibilities

• Contact leads through a variety of sources and schedule appointments. Verify appointments at least one day prior and inform the client of what to bring to the appointment.
• Gather factual client-level profile information and maintain CRM notes.
• Provide readily available account information to clients, such as balance, holdings, and transaction history.
• Follow CRM processes for member contact and document management.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events and assemble marketing materials.
