Job summary

Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking an Associate, Sales with Wealth Services to support a advisor team in servicing high-net-worth clients. You will provide comprehensive personal financial planning, investment analysis, and tax services to executives and clients, and prepare income tax returns for clients.

The role involves extensive client contact, research-based advisory work, and documenting client files to ensure strong, long-term client relationships and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Two years of experience in financial planning, tax projections, and client advisory.
• Experience with GoSystem Tax RS software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare income tax returns for clients.
• Prepare various reports and analyses for clients in areas of personal financial statements, cash flow planning, income tax projections, insurance reviews, investment allocation and performance, estate planning documents.
• Conduct client research on financial planning questions using internal resources.
• Extensive telephone and in-person interaction with clients and outside advisors to obtain information and help advisory team.
• Help document the client file to ensure all communications are well recorded.
