Job summary

Citi’s Wealth division seeks a Vice President, Wealth Partnership Management to own and grow strategic corporate partnerships across Citigold, Citi Private, and Wealth at Work. Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing, product management, project management or client relationship management within financial services or related environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats, tailoring messaging to audiences.
  • Commercially focused with ability to manage financial plans, identify risks, and develop actionable solutions under time pressure.
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment with accountability for outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong capability in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborative by approach, with ability to build alignment across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project plans for retail initiatives, including incentive programs and client engagement campaigns, delivering on time and to standard.

Job Overview

Citi's Wealth division is looking for a Vice President, Wealth Partnership Management to own and grow strategic corporate partnerships that sit at the heart of our client growth agenda, spanning Citigold, Citi Private, and Wealth at Work. In this role, you will act as the primary relationship owner between Citi and key external partners, translating partnership strategy into measurable portfolio growth across all channels. You will work at the intersection of client management, marketing, and financial planning to deliver outcomes that directly influence the performance of Citi's Wealth business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly client reporting and actively contribute to portfolio reviews, ensuring all contractual obligations, reporting requirements, and service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Coordinate project plans for retail initiatives, including incentive programs, client engagement campaigns, and application growth strategies, delivering each on time and to agreed standards.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and uphold compliance standards in all business decisions, safeguarding the integrity of the partnership and Citi's reputation.
Required qualifications & skills
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing, product management, project management, or client relationship management within a financial services or related environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats, tailoring messaging to a range of internal and external audiences.
  • Commercially focused with the ability to manage financial plans, identify risks to performance, and develop actionable solutions under time pressure.

Beneficial skills & qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in the private label credit or bankcard industry, with an understanding of partnership-driven financial products.
  • Holding or eligibility to obtain HKSI (Papers 1, 7, and 8) and IIQE (Papers 1, 3, and 5) licensing qualifications.
