The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, collaboration with specialists, and supporting clients with self-service tools while maintaining strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.

Formación

• Must demonstrate a trusted, relationship-based approach to acquiring and growing client relationships.
• Minimum 1+ year in Branch Banking or equivalent financial services experience with proven new client acquisition.
• Compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations).
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manages client relationships with an advice-based approach to optimize products and services requested.
• Collaborates with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect clients with experts.
• Facilitates client convenience by promoting self-service options and 24/7 access to accounts.
• Adheres to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
