Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a selective affluent client base. You will manage clients' banking relationships, providing education and tailored advice to grow balances and meet financial goals.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect customers with experts for advanced needs, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering exceptional service and value.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in branch banking or equivalent in financial services.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations (63/66 if required) or must complete within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• High school diploma or GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manages banking relationships with an advisory-based approach and cross-sell options.
• Partners with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Promotes self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
