Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Texas is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking. You will be the main point of contact for Chase Private Client clients and other customers, managing their complete banking relationship with a proactive, education-focused approach to help them grow their balances.

The role emphasizes relationship building, referrals, collaboration with specialists, and ensuring compliance with Dodd-Frank and Truth in Lending Act.

Qualifications

• Proven success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Experience in branch banking with revenue generation and new client acquisition.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7, state registration and Life licenses or plan to complete within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the main point of contact for Chase Private Client clients and other customers in the Branch.
• Manages client banking relationships and advises on the best products and services.
• Partners with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists.
• Promotes self-service options to access accounts 24/7 and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Solicits referrals and develops internal and external sources to acquire new clients.
