Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients and other customers.

You will manage their full banking relationship, taking a proactive, advisory approach to grow their balances and win new clients through referrals. You will collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists for tailored financial needs and guidance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7 (or must be completed within 180 days), state registration requirements, and Life licenses.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
