Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ohio seeks a Private Client Banker to serve as the main contact for a select group of affluent clients within Branch Banking. You will manage complete banking relationships, proactively growing balances and acquiring new clients through referrals.

You will collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to deliver tailored financial solutions while promoting self-service options for clients to access accounts around the clock.

Qualifications

• Banking/financial services experience; 1+ year in branch banking.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7 or equivalent licensing required within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manages client relationships with an advice-based approach to offer best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Sets up self-service options to access accounts 24/7 for client convenience.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
