Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Chicago seeks a seasoned Client Service Officer to deliver wealth management services to Citi Private Bank clients, coordinating with Banker teams to execute transactions and ensure compliance.

You will manage client inquiries, maintain accounts, and build relationships while guiding junior staff and identifying opportunities for referrals within a dynamic private banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in client services or banking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wealth management services to Citi Private Bank clients with guidance from Banker teams.
• Manage and execute client transactions with respect to business and individual banking, credit and investment products.
• Take ownership of client investigations and collaborate with operations to resolve issues.
• Coordinate account maintenance for all products and reporting on WINS.
• Enforce banking policies to ensure integrity and high client satisfaction.
• Proactively arrange and participate in client visits and service quality checks.
• Identify and document new business opportunities for referral to banker or product specialist.
