The Wealth Planning Team seeks a detail-oriented associate to support estate, tax, and wealth planning strategies with senior planners and investment advisors. The role emphasizes data gathering, modeling, research, and preparation of client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of wealth management or financial planning support experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret legal/financial documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional and discreet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with eMoney/Vanilla is a plus and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and validate client information and planning assumptions.
• Enter data in eMoney and Vanilla; build cash-flow models and balance sheet visuals.
• Prepare planning outputs and scenario runs for Senior Wealth Planner review.
• Assist with estate tax calculations and planning scenarios.
• Review documents, identify missing information, and support planning workflow.
