Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or client service preferred.
• Series 65 license required at hire or obtainable soon after joining.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors in day-to-day management of client relationships and service priorities.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, financial-planning analyses, meeting materials, and implementation follow-up.
• Assist with retirement, tax-aware, estate, insurance, liquidity, and executive-compensation planning matters.
• Coordinate account opening, asset transfers, custodian requests, documentation, and client action items.
• Monitor portfolios and planning work for issues requiring advisor attention and elevate promptly.
• Contribute to prospect preparation, relationship development, and continuous improvement of client-service processes.
