U.S. Bank seeks a Planning Consultant to advance wealth planning across Private Wealth Management, Ascent, and Personal Trust. You will coach relationship managers, deliver training, and provide strategic guidance to drive business growth and improve client experiences.

The role partners with advisors and leaders to strengthen planning acumen, adopt best practices, and support onboarding and process improvements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10 or more years of wealth management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning expertise, coaching, training support to relationship managers and business partners.
• Deliver education, coaching, and strategic guidance that drives business growth and enhances client experience.
• Develop and deliver training programs, coaching strategies, educational content, and field readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance planning capabilities and support onboarding and process improvement.
• Provide subject matter expertise on complex planning topics, conduct quality reviews and case consultations.
