The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, aims for CFP or similar designation, has at least 2 years in financial services, and excels in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; CFP or comparable designation encouraged.
Experience with Schwab Advisor Center and DocuSign a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services and investment advisory.
Strong MS Excel and financial planning software proficiency.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Open new client accounts and process account-specific and investment documentation.
Prepare meeting presentations using PowerPoint.
Input information to financial planning and investment analysis software.
Manage the CRM program AdviserEngine.
Process financial account applications on Schwab Advisor Center.
