You will assist senior planners by reviewing client information, inputting data into planning software, and coordinating multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, 1+ year in financial services, and a plan to obtain CFP within 3 years; eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or financial planning preferred.
• 1+ year working or internship experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to obtain CFP designation within 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the financial planners by executing the development of comprehensive financial plans.
• Review financial information collected from clients/prospects and upload data into the planning software.
• Manage the workflow of multiple financial plan projects in different stages.
• Conduct research on financial planning topics and implement findings into plan analyses.
• Lead or assist in projects as directed by the team leader.
• Organize high volume of information and maintain digital data libraries.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners on financial planning projects.
