The ideal candidate has strong communication, client-relationship and analytical skills, with licenses and licenses requirements to fulfill regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Appropriate financial licenses required (e.g., FINRA Series 7/63/65/66; CFP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies, retirement planning, tax implications and insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess financial situations and develop customized plans.
• Recommend a mix of investment, insurance, retirement, and banking products aligned with goals.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
• Stay informed about economic trends, markets, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships based on trust and results.
• Collaborate with Retail, Commercial Banking, and BPAS / OneGroup Insurance teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Adhere to industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining documentation and compliance.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics including asset growth and client acquisition.
