Wealth Planner / Certified Financial Planner role in Jacksonville, FL seeks a professional to prepare financial plans, support planning strategies, join client meetings, and deliver recommendations across investments, retirement, estate, tax and risk planning.

This role does not require building a personal book of business; you will work closely with the firm’s owner to gain exposure to complex planning and advance your credentials within an established practice, with clear paths for

Qualifications

• CFP, CPA, CTFA or CPWA certification or active progress toward certification required
• Financial planning or wealth management experience required
• Exposure to portfolio analysis and preparing financial plans required
• Knowledge of investment management, tax strategy, and estate planning fundamentals required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with confidence in leading client-facing relationships
• Familiarity with financial planning software & MS Office required

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans and planning summaries for advisor review
• Gather and organize client data for planning meetings
• Analyze client goals, cash flow, assets, liabilities, and risk needs
• Support planning across retirement, tax, estate, and insurance topics
• Join client meetings and document follow-up items
• Help advisors prepare and present planning recommendations
• Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with internal team members to support client needs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and planning systems
• Support client retention through responsive, accurate follow-up
