Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Wealth Management Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Wealth Management branch offices. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant account setup, system maintenance, reporting, and workflows across custodians and internal partners.

You’ll work with the Sr. Director of Operations to improve reporting, assist with audits, and support training of teams and branches, while adhering to firm policies and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Set up new client accounts within portfolio management and custodial systems
• Maintain documentation within ticketing, reporting, and billing systems
• Provide general administrative support and office tasks
• Serve as system administrator for custodial and portfolio management platforms
• Collaborate with custodians, software providers, and branch offices on reporting
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly audits
