Job summary

You will deliver on investment product and service processes and produce regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with regulatory requirements, and the ability to lead process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology - Expert.
• Knowledge and understanding of the business unit's key products and services, processes and controls - Expert.
• Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business - Expert.
• PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and service for the Investment Operations function to ensure adherence with controls and policies.
• Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and documents for stakeholders.
• Oversees process improvement initiatives and ensures timely, accurate transaction processing.
