Wealth Operations Reporting Analyst

Job Overview
The Operations MIS team focuses on creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Wealth Operations, supporting capacity planning and issue remediation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Gather operational data from cross‑functional stakeholders and examine past business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends, provide insights to enhance business decision making.
- Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
- Conduct exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis.
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies; communicate findings to business partners and senior leaders.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking, and improving decision strategies.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policy.
Experience & Skills
- SAS/SQL and 2‑4 years of experience.
- Data Management & SQL: expertise in data management principles, SQL programming for data extraction and manipulation, and database management systems.
- Reporting & Dashboard Development: proficiency in developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using tools and data visualization techniques, including Tableau.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical stakeholders and senior partners.
- Automation & Scripting: experience with scripting languages such as Python and automation tools such as SSIS for automating report generation, data refreshes, and other routine tasks.
Education
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
