Responsibilities

• Serves as a first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service across all communication channels.
• Maintains CRM systems with meeting notes, client data, and next steps.
• Prepares and maintains compliance records, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to internal/external standards (e.g., BSA, Red Flag).
• Tracks annuity, insurance, and investment case progress from submission through approval.
• Supports client onboarding, including data input into planning tools and internal systems.
• Coordinates advisor calendars, manages scheduling conflicts, and monitors daily workflows.
