Job summary

BMO Wealth Management is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern to support the management and execution of assigned programs and projects. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, assist design and development, and help build dashboards and reports.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an undergraduate program with strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, graduating Spring 2028–Spring 2029, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, graduating Spring 2028 – Spring 2029.
• GPA 3.2/4.0 or higher preferred.
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or related internship experiences.
• Collaboration & teamwork, analytical problem solving, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management & execution of assigned business program or project; collaborates with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Assists design, development, and execution of core program processes.
• Analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations for program strategy.
• Gathers data into reports and dashboards; tracks metrics and milestones.
• Contributes to change management and tailored communications as needed.
