Daley And Associates, LLC in Wayne, PA is seeking a Marketing Integration Project Manager to coordinate the integration of marketing capabilities within a growing U.S. Wealth Management organization.

The role will manage cross-functional stakeholders and support campaigns targeting financial advisors, turning strategy into executable programs. The position is a 12+ month contract with a hybrid work model (onsite 4 days/week, remote 1 day/week), paying $55–66/hr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of marketing-focused project management experience, ideally in wealth management.
• Experience supporting marketing programs within U.S. Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities for the Marketing Integration workstream and sub-workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and decision logs.
• Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Distribution, Product, Technology, Compliance, and external partners.
• Translate integration decisions into advisor-facing commercialization and activation plans.
• Support marketing strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of investment products.
