Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Market Team Lead for the U.S. Private Bank in the San Diego area. The role focuses on advising families on wealth-building, preservation and balance sheet management, leveraging investments, planning, credit and banking expertise to serve current clients and attract new assets.

You will lead a local Client Advisor team, partner with leadership on market strategy, and hire/train the team to deliver exceptional client experiences within a robust institutional platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7/66/9/10) required or to be obtained within 120 days.
• Insurance licenses required or candidates must obtain within 120 days of start.
• Experience with investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships by delivering trusted advice and solutions.
• Acquire new assets and advise on overall balance sheet including asset allocation and planning.
• Coach and develop a local Client Advisor team and drive performance.
• Contribute to market strategy and hiring/training in the local team.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients.
• Adhere to risk, control policies, and regulatory guidelines in client solutions.
