Job summary

Equitable Advisors offers a pathway to becoming a wealth manager through licensing and employment. The Retirement Benefits Group (RBG) serves education, healthcare, and government sectors to secure retirement benefits.

Training includes FINRA sponsorship and a comprehensive 120-day PEP program, with mentorship and access to Virtual University for continuous learning. After completing the Preliminary Employment Period, you may earn an annual salary of $24,000 as a 20th Edition RBG financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
Professional licensure: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong self-confidence and collaboration skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Client Engagement: Cultivate and expand your network within established markets.
Products and Services Consultation: Educate clients on our diverse financial products and services, demonstrating how these solutions can be tailored to meet their unique needs.
Client Service and Implementation: Analyze and organize client data, ensure confidentiality, prepare and implement appropriate products & services.
