Job summary

The Well in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Wealth Manager / Service Advisor to join our growing team. On-site role with travel to Venice and The Villages, offering a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus performance bonus and a collaborative, client-focused environment.

You will own and grow a dedicated book of client relationships, guide clients across investment and annuity solutions, and participate in a proven marketing system and seminar-based lead flow.

Qualifications

• Experience as a relationship manager or service advisor in financial services.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of managed investment accounts and annuity products.
• Comfort operating within a firm-owned client structure, proven marketing system, and seminar-based lead flow.
• Team-first attitude and client-focused approach.
