Focus Financial Partners, based in Seattle, is seeking a dynamic Wealth Manager to join its expanding team. The role encompasses researching and managing stocks for the Large Cap Growth portfolio as well as client relationship management. This position operates on a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days remote.
The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate strong investment knowledge, client service skills, and possess a CFA designation, among other qualifications.

We are seeking a dynamic investment professional to join our rapidly expanding team. As an investment‑focused Wealth Manager, you will have two main responsibilities: researching, recommending, and managing stocks for the firm’s Large Cap Growth portfolio; and working with clients to manage their investments.
This is a hybrid role: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.

The Wealth Manager will manage the investment aspect of the client relationship and collaborate with other members of the client’s team, including the financial planner, associate wealth manager, and client service. You will work independently and in collaboration with other Wealth Managers to help clients achieve their financial goals. For example, you should be comfortable:

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $150,000–$250,000 base salary. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. Base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
