Qualifications

• No finance background? no experience needed — sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a big plus.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health licensing and pass SIE exam with company support.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients to create personalized financial solutions.
• Complete Life & Health coursework to start your insurance sales.
• Prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam with coursework and support.
• Mentorship and training to transition into wealth management and sales leadership.
