Equitable Advisors is seeking motivated individuals to join our wealth-management training track in Oak Brook. As a financial professional, you will build client relationships, develop tailored financial strategies, and discuss products and services to meet clients' goals.

The program includes FINRA licensing sponsorship, a comprehensive 120-day training period, access to our Virtual University, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities, with a structured path to becoming a licensed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers.

Responsabilités

• Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensure consistent communication and progress tracking
• Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance
• Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations
• In-office presence required
