Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and operational support to Private Client Advisors.
• Process account openings, money movement and investment trades accurately and promptly.
• Build and maintain client relationships; support wealth planning and referral management.
• Contribute to risk management procedures, regulatory compliance, and completion of required forms.
• Prioritize daily tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines while supporting team culture.
