Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to support our Financial Advisor teams by delivering guidance and investment solutions to clients.

You will manage daily service needs, onboard new clients, document transactions, and coordinate reviews with Advisors while adhering to FINRA/SEC rules and bank policies. Onsite role with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in the investment or financial services industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily servicing needs for an assigned customer portfolio to support the Advisory team.
• Maintain onboarding processes and ensure service standards are met.
• Anticipate client needs and promote Wealth Management services.
• Prepare documentation for transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding items.
• Coordinate client reviews with Advisors and support financial planning.
