Qualifications

Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
Professional demeanour and positive attitude.
Interest in financial services and wealth management.
Prior office experience in a corporate or university setting preferred.
Strong technology aptitude with ability to adopt new tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
Experience with the Microsoft Office package.

Responsibilities

Review reports, research stocks, money managers, funds and investment strategies.
Process paperwork to open new accounts and manage distributions and trade corrections.
Answer phones and respond to client questions; forward advanced calls to Advisors for handling.
Prepare for client meetings and presentations.
Create quarterly performance reports and distribute to clients.
Conduct cost basis research.
Assist with projects and other duties as assigned.
