Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with seven years in wealth management/investments.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 65/66 licenses required.
• Life & Health Insurance License required.
• CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or CLU® preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Wealth Management Strategy Consultant

**This position will be filled at the appropriate level based on experience of the candidate.**

Help shape the future of wealth management at Farm Bureau Financial Services. In this strategic consulting role, you'll serve as a trusted resource to advisors and representatives, providing advanced guidance on investment products, portfolio construction, financial planning concepts, and practice management strategies. • Build strong relationships with leading investment providers and external partners.
• Stay ahead of market trends and bring fresh insights to advisors and field leaders.
• Help develop sales strategies, educational resources, and tools that strengthen advisor performance.
• Make a meaningful impact on the growth and evolution of Farm Bureau Wealth Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and seven years of experience in wealth management, investments, mutual funds, or managed money programs.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 65/66 licenses required.
• Current Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Advanced industry designation such as CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, or CLU® preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, advisory platforms, and financial planning strategies.
• Passion for coaching, educating, and helping advisors succeed.
• Skilled communicator who can simplify complex topics and connect with a variety of audiences.
• Relationship-builder with a collaborative mindset and strong business acumen.
• Self-driven, service-focused, and motivated by delivering exceptional advisor experiences.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
