Qualifikationen

• University degree with < 1 year of professional experience or a formal development program completed.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required; Life and Health Insurance licenses preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills for client engagement.

Aufgaben

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients.
• Grow and retain investment and insurance book of business; own the client experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer to internal partners when appropriate.
• Expand client relationships through branch development and outbound calling.
• Coach branch staff to identify investment opportunities and drive referrals.
• Maintain SLA adherence for lead and referral follow-up; ensure compliance.
